Weight/Calorie ratio - Why has my SP calories gone up on my Tracker???

Sunday, May 31, 2009

Can anyone tell me why my calorie intake on my food tracker has gone up!!

My weight is coming down (8k to date) but SP say my calories should be more now than the 1250/1500 range I have had since I started this programme emoticon
Also I can't find any where to enter my new weight to see what my calories should be - I am not convinced at all that I should be eating more, I thought as I became less my food intake should be less too......
Any help/Advice on this would be welcome because I'm really confused now
Thanks Sandie emoticon emoticon

PS - on the start page under nutrition and fitness, there's a weigh in button. You can put your new weight there and it will calculate, along with your exercise what you should be eating now.

Because you are doing more exercise than you were! So you need more energy to feed the calorie burning efforts.

I find if I stick around 1500-1600 it still works.

You nailed it; I've been working ridiculously long hours of late. I had 9 events in 2 weeks. I'm getting back on track this week!

    All the best,
