Vacations can kill... (Diets and Workouts)

So, my vacation has pretty much screwed me over. I can tell that I gained weight and I feel so gross after a week of eating out and eating unhealthily. Tomorrow is a new day and since I am back into the swing of things, I will be eating better and working out... ALOT! I hated not working out! I will be starting my summer job this week, so I'll just have to find the time to exercise!

I'm afraid to get on the scale to see how much I've gained.
Oh, well. I'm going to work hard to get the weight off!

    Get on that scale! It probably isn't as bad as you think and it will allow you to start over again.

    This is a lifestyle change, and thankfully vacations will still be happening.

    Try to pack your good habits with you next vacation.. Bring home alot more wonder experiences instead of extra weight. To maintain a life style change eating has to put in the background to be a sucess.. Also plan a vacation that doesn't lead to disaster. I am busy asking the arrangers for healthy food options and activities I don't usually do on holiday. To succeed this project is 24-7-"365".

    You know you where you went wrong; that's a good start. It sounds like you're ready to get back in the swing of things. Get back into your routine and take a break from the scale.

    knowing you had a great time and fun the
    extra food and the fun should not make you fell guilty
    for having a great vacation.......
    enjoying yourself for the moment is a good choice.....
    eating a favorite food as a vacation treat is a reward....
    a reminder that having those BAD foods in smaller portions is the
    key........
    you will overcome this and be more prepared next vacation.....
