I gained a pound this week. Didn't walk much. Work upped my hours and I'm tired when I get home. Between that and the show, I didn't do much this week in the exercise department. The show ends this weekend, so that will drop some of the stress. I had bad dreams last night about it all going terribly wrong, partly my fault but not entirely. I didn't end up getting a lot of sleep because of that.

I DID walk today, 2 miles. Hopefully I can get in 2 more days this coming week. I should be joining the other Murrieta and Temecula Sparkers on a walk this Wednesday night, so that's one. The other will fit in there somewhere... I did lose 1" on my waist this month with the bootcamp. Didn't meet my fitness minutes though.

We have amother family birthday party next Sunday, then need to start getting ready for Hawaii!!!! Wow, that came up a lot faster than I expected. Three weeks from today , we'll be on the plane and it will be my 42nd birthday!!! I'm almost the Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything(thank you Douglas Adams)!!!! I'd really like to lose 3-4 more pounds before then.

Goals this week, more fruits and veggies, get 2 walks in, do some strength training, listen to more music( my car stereo broke, so no tunes while driving)
