One week later from my previous blog and I am still the same weight (at least). Trying to balance everything. I have big work committments and study pressures at the moment and am not meeting my goal of 5-6 times to the gym. I don't like this but need to accept it. I'll just keep tracking my nutrition and get to the gym when I can. The work and study pressures will ease. The good thing is that I am not eating over all of this. I used to equate studying and work pressure as a reason to eat. Not any more. I have to think and reason my way through this. I know I will do it.
