One week later from my previous blog and I am still the same weight (at least). Trying to balance everything. I have big work committments and study pressures at the moment and am not meeting my goal of 5-6 times to the gym. I don't like this but need to accept it. I'll just keep tracking my nutrition and get to the gym when I can. The work and study pressures will ease. The good thing is that I am not eating over all of this. I used to equate studying and work pressure as a reason to eat. Not any more. I have to think and reason my way through this. I know I will do it.

    You may not be getting to gym as often as you want. At least you are not letting it bother your eating habits. Keep up the good work. Remember just walking around whereever you go is exercise. You will get to the gym when you can work it in.
