Another new cardio class

Today I tried a kick & pump class at the gym. It was easier than yesterday's step class, which was encouraging. Next week I'm going to try a couple more cardio classes. By taking these classes, I'll really be able to judge how my fitness is improving. I'll throw in a couple of days on the treadmill just to keep track of my progress. Maybe by taking the classes, I'll be able to run longer and faster on the treadmill. I am feeling much better about my workout routine now, which will keep me from feeling so burnt out.
