Another new cardio class

Today I tried a kick & pump class at the gym. It was easier than yesterday's step class, which was encouraging. Next week I'm going to try a couple more cardio classes. By taking these classes, I'll really be able to judge how my fitness is improving. I'll throw in a couple of days on the treadmill just to keep track of my progress. Maybe by taking the classes, I'll be able to run longer and faster on the treadmill. I am feeling much better about my workout routine now, which will keep me from feeling so burnt out.

    Changing up your workouts will definitely help, Terri. It keeps your body guessing and doesn't give it a chance to get used to what you're doing and makes it work harder.

    Kick & Pump? I never heard of it before! I have done the step classes before. They can be killers!! Keep up all that good work! Sounds like you are doing things just right.
