Stepping out of the box

I've been questioning why I bother to work out since I haven't seen any big changes lately (although I now have a jaw line). So today I decided to take a step class. I thought I had been doing enough cardio and was in pretty good shape. However, this class was intense and I didn't think I'd make it through but I did it. Then when I read today's articles, and one of them talked about changing up your routine and how much better it is rather than doing the same thing over and over (which I had been doing). I felt better and am looking forward to more classes instead of the same old thing on the treadmill. I'm also going to try to change up my weight routine by adding new machines.
