Well here i am day one on the site. i would like to lose 97 lbs by my next birthday. right now it seems so far off the idea of 97lbs that i want to cry. i was spending a lot of time on the internet at other social networks and now I m hooked on this one. I love the site and plan to use it everyday! i hope to make some friends online through the site. I did exercise today and burned some calories.. isnt that tracker cool.. love it.. well not much more to say on here. wishing myself some luck and motivation on my journey.. to a healthier me!

    I'm reading ARTHUR AGATSTON, M.D.'s "The South Beach Diet" and he talks about pre-diabetes and Insulin Resistance. The book is so helpful with information since he is a Cardiologist and writes from that point of view. He never started out to write a "diet book" but developed this diet for his heart patients. I suggest reading it. The recipes are just from famous chefs to show that you can eat delicious dishes and not have to have boring "diet" food. emoticon 2 emoticon
