A Wonderful Day

I straightened my house today. Then I made Oatmeal Applesauce Muffins. These are favorites for breakfast, both to me and my Hubby. These are healthy and a easy food to grab and have with coffee or another beverage.

In the afternoon we went to my daughter's house to visit with family & friends to enjoy a cookout. Of course, the highlight of my day was seeing my just turned, 6 year old grandson. He always wants my total attention. He doesn't want to understand that his Mom needs help in the kitchen. I did manage to help her out some. Then I went out to the pool to see him do all his tricks. I have to say he is a talented little guy. His uncle passed him a football as he was running on the dive board and he caught it everytime just as he springed from the board into the pool. Several more times, he never missed. I never was able to get a picture as he caught the ball. He was much to fast too capture it. He graduates from Kindergarten tomorrow.

I came home and put in the DVD Walking with Leslie, 3 Fast Miles. I am happy that I did. It seemed easier for me today. I do want to stay motivated because today I went to SparkDiet Lifestyle change # 6, Stage 4. I am sure I will be challeneged in this Stage. With all the SparkPeoples help I will get through this one as well.
