For me structure is so important in my life and structure with my food is a must. There are many food plans that work but the key is sticking to it. I'm trying Wendy Chant's Conquer the fat loss code. It is structured yet it allows for "life" by aloowing carb up and even cheat days in moderation. Ahhhh, moderation, something I've not done well with in the past. I am going to give this an honest try. We'll see.

    I am starting Conquer on Monday. How are you doing on it? We need a group for Conquer the Fat-Loss Code no one is ever on the Crack the Fat-Loss page. Any tips or ideas that have worked for you that you could share I sure would appreciate. I have about 35 to 40 pounds that I would like to lose. Your blogs and profile are very inspiring.

    I like structure too, and Sparkpeople has filled the bill very nicely. I hope you have a good experience here. The nutruition tracker is a great tool, it really keeps me honest and keeps me on track!
