Some days I just cannot eat another healthful meal

Most days, I aim for each meal to consist of whole grains, lean protein, and fruit or vegs or both. Most days, I have great percentages of carb, protein, fat. And most days, I'm close to within calorie range.

But then there are days when I just can't eat another piece of skinless chicken breast, or salad, or lean beef and vegs.

So last night's dinner consisted of popcorn and ice cream. And that was about it. I managed to end the day within caloric range, but my percentages are out of whack. And nutrition? Forget it.

But oh man, do I love Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream - and hey, I only had one portion instead of the whole pint. So that was a plus.
