Taking it Easy

I can't do much lower body work, walking is about it. I really did a job on myself. Rushing through an exercise, not using proper form etc. A painful lesson to learn. I'm so disappointed, I really wanted to do the kettlebells. I'm going to have to wait. I'll cool it for a few days and see how I feel. I hope to start swimming this week, that is if it ever stops raining. I don't think swimming will bother me and I can still lift weights. I'm in better shape than last week but I have no patience for this. That's the problem, I try to do a little bit instead of just waiting for a few days to pass, it's only making my recovery take longer. But I'm still MOVING every day. Thank God.

    Hi Rose,
    I'm sorry to hear you hurt yourself. Make sure you warm up first for at least 5 or 10 minutes. I'm just mentioning this because I'm not sure if you do some woman said to me they don't & everyone should.
    As time goes on you should feel better. I know when I hurt myself, it took about 2 weeks for me to feel better. Hope your pain free soon. I started kettlebells last month, I like them.
