life goes by too fast.

life definitely goes by too fast. one day your 5, and it seems like the next day, your 40. I want a long life, but a healthy one at that. you know what? I am the only one to change that. I feel like somedays I am doing great, then something goes wrong and I am back to square one over and over again. the one thing that I am doing right is... I am doing it over and over. i know this sounds redundant, but I just need to vent a little. (on myself)...

I am a massage therapist, I need to promote health and vitality, but I don't. that is another reason why I want to be fit and healthy. I am a very busy person, and finding time (mind time that is) to keep it on track with my health can be quite difficult..

My main page says a lot of inspirational things, I did that for me ( i know it helps others too) but each time I look at my page I encourage myself....we need to do that often...

    don´t forget every step you take big or small is a step in the right direction,a step towards your health.if some times our steps slow down or seem to stop,take that chance to look how far you have come on this weight loss /healthier life journey.when it seams that your steps are take you back in the wrong direction use that time to think.do i want to go back.when the answer is no.decide if you want to take a short rest, when yes ,try and stay there where you are,maintain.when the answer is no,make a plan of action.think what have i done so far to get to where i am,do the same or think of a new stratagy.re time only you can deal with that,you have to learn to make time,you have to prioitise,deligate when nessacary.when nessacary let some things go.get up early if nessacary to fit in the exercise before day begins or stay up a bit later to fit it in.you know what can or cann´t be,done,deligated,postponed etc.it your decision,you have to decide if you are worth the effort,if you are worth putting you and your health first.you are the one to do it .no one else can do it for you.I KNOW YOU ARE WORTH IT;SO GAR MORE THAN WORTH IT:i also know you can do it not only that ,you will do it.we will do it and we will do it together.read your page often.you are right it is inspiring,read other peoples success stories on the motivator pages.they did it, you can do.look in the mirror.see how far you have already come.look ahead to how far you can go.I BELIEVE IN YOU;IT´S TIME FOR YOU TO START BELIEVING IN YOU AS WELL:when you need me ,you know where to find me.take care love.you are the best and you are worth it, don´t ever forget it. emoticon emoticon spring into action girl lets spring together, emoticon emoticon this will be us girl emoticon don´t ever forget it.i am proud of you. emoticon
