Tried something different yesterday - more protein, more calories and guess what?? I was up by a whopping 0.1 ?!
Anyway, I'll keep at it and see what happens.

    How many more calories? Also - when you added more protein, did you go over the 15:30:55 ratio (protein:fats:carbs) that SP recommends? (Just curious...)
