A week and half ago I stepped on the scales.....something I had been avoiding. First let me say that I have know that the scale is not my enemy, but I have been known to blame it when I did not like the numbers (sorry scale!). And as I said in my previous blog, the numbers reflected what my clothes have been telling me. I was back at square one.
So I started cutting out the junk and then on Sunday I revamped my fitness routine and my intake. And I am down 11 pounds 11 days later. Now before everyone worries that it is too much, please remember I am at the start. I anticipate the next few weeks being really good numbers, especially since I have upped my fitness minutes. I am eating in my calorie range and have done terrific on my hydration. I forget sometimes how much water really aids the process :)
