Well, after much frustration and discouragement and asking for help (Thanks my fabulous Hot Chili Peppers!), I have re-evaluated. I have gotten lazy. I have started slacking and it's time to get back into gear. I have done fine on my cardio but have let go on my strength training. I also have started eating more frozen meals, and lean cuisines instead of making my own meals.

So, all that said. I went to the store today and bought lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Got some recipes from my hungry girl book and am ready to get back into gear with my eating habit. It is so easy to forget it's not just about the number of calories you eat, but what kind of calories you eat!

I am also going to try and get back into strength training. I think I might even start doing my strength training here at the house BEFORE going to the gym in the mornings to do my cardio. I will continue to do cardio regularly, but I feel like my focus needs to shift. It is time to get more into toning, not just burning calories. Hopefully toning will take care of some of my problem areas. I wanted to lose another 20lbs, but Dr. Russell said she wasn't sure I would be at a healthy weight if I did. So, while I will still eat at a calorie deficit and try and lose weight, I am going to try to focus on toning to see if that helps my problem areas. If the scale doesn't go down, but the inches do, I will try to see that in a more positive light, and be less anxious and discouraged by it.

So...here goes nothin'...
