What the heck happened?????

Okay today is going to be like the first day I started. All the heartache and pain of trying to get this eating this under control.
This morning when I weighed in, I was outside of my 5 lb comfort range that I was allowing myself. I am back up over 130. How did I let this happen? I have actually gained about 6 lbs since my marathon. In reality I know how it happened....inconsistent exercise and eating.
I am hopeful as I start training for a fall marathon tomorrow however, I know how hungry I get when I run so I am going to have to really try to keep things in check. During my spring training, my goal was to stay between 123-128, my new goal is to stay between 120-125 so I have some weight to lose and KEEP off.
I want to focus on cross training, speed work and strength training. I want to slim down and become quicker. Here's hoping I can find that same "Spark" that I had when I first started this journey 15 months ago.
