Getting back on track!

I guess I got discouraged because i wasn't losing fast enough so I stop tracking although I didn't gain i wasn't losing anymore either so i started tracking everything I ate and did real good this week only to lose a pound but its better than before so I am going to keep going and maybe with exercise it will come off faster maybe not but a pound by pound I'll get there!

    Don't be discouraged. Spark People recommends that we lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. Remember, we are learning to eat healthy and it's not a race. I lost 45 pounds and it took me 9 months. That averages out to 5 pounds a month. Also when you lose 1 to 2 pounds a week your skin doesn't stay as loose because you are exercising and toning up as you go.
    Remember, IF YOU ONLY LOSE 1 POUND A WEEK, THAT IS 52 POUNDS IN A YEAR!!
    And you know how fast a year flies by, LOL.
