By asking the question 'What am I doing wrong??' and getting soooo much help & good advise back emoticon emoticon emoticon

I've cut down my salt intake, stepped up the water consumption, mixed up my exercise routine, eaten slightly more protein based foods and cut back a bit on the carbs - A recipe for success, THANK YOU to everyone who has helped get me back on track emoticon emoticon
