Kettle Bells

Gin Miller Kettle Bell DVD came and did the first workout. This seems like something I'm going to really enjoy. I'm glad that I have 2 months off, it will really give me a chance to do my favorite things. Swimming, weight lifting, walking and now kettle bells. The aim is to KEEP MOVING. Don't give up.
