This week's weigh-in

I had my weigh-in tonight and was expecting another gain....but what I gained last week(4 3/4 lbs), I lost this week. I CANNOT FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. Not even gonna try. I actually ate worse this week, than I did last week and did not get as much exercise. Go figure! Anyway, I am going to do better this week...get all of my water, write down everything and exercise more. That is my goal. Wish me luck! It is going to be kind of hard with the long weekend, but I am going to take it one day at a time.

    Keep that positive attitude....baby steps...one at a time. You can do this! Be glad you had a loss this week at your weigh in---NOT a gain. Watch your sodium on your nutrition tracker as this can lead to water retention----especially before your weigh in. I'll be anxious to hear how you do during the Memorial Day weekend! Thinking of you!
