Starting Over

Thursday, May 21, 2009

Okay I've stayed the same for quite some time and now I'm starting a new goal. I've lost 30 pounds and have stayed here long enough that I need to start over. I'm now giving up I'm just starting a new tracker, I'm tired of sitting still and working so hard and not moving. I'm starting a new plan of eating by using the sparkpeople tracker, no more low carb no WW just spark peoples tracker. I have no excuses. I have a computer to come to and a gym to go to so here I start all over.
Starting weight (2007) 245
Current weight (2009) 215 new tracker
Goal weight 155
Wish me luck and pray for my body to work for me. I see this has worked for a lot of people so it should work for me.

I have just started doing that the past week and a half to 2 weeks and that's how I lost the 6 LBS. No WW, still writing food I eat down so I still now how much I consume and all. But it's mainly healthy. And the food pyramid thing too. :D So far it's working. LOL

Way to go. I pray you're still doing GREAT!!!!

I am not very active on sparkpeople anymore. . .and have lost touch with a lot of people on here. . . but, I have faith you can do this. You have the motivation and strength to do this!

Keep up the good work, girl!

I have tried all diets. The only thing that works steadily for me is the food pyramid. Yep. It totally has to be about portions and healthy foods. It is a way to live like weight watchers. I don't like all the points and stuff but the food pyramid is great. I think it is great that you are starting fresh. Don't give up!
