i hope i can still get my blog post points my computer was a jerk yesterday that's frustrating too i'm down to a 16 in pants that's a good feeling i am happy to say that i feel taller more energetic and skinnier than i have in long time glad to used turbo jam and be spark people member the both of these combined really helped me even when i feel like i want to eat t he world away i will eat what i want or need to feel satisfied then go on it seems to help me now i was so discouraged in beginning because i wasn't losing pounds but i am losing inches to me that's the best thing ever took me a while to figure it out like the first full year i was a mess learning took 6 months to get the cravings to stop but i am so glad that it has those are the worst things to have i get my water in as much as i can now love to drink water with lemons limes and cherries in it fresh fruits i even put orange slices in it before too i'm trying to figure out what is a good source of meat thats cheap but diet friendly besides turkey and chicken to cook on grill since hot dogs are terribly bad for you sausages too my family loves those but i'm a cheeseburger grilled on charcoal with all veggies and mustard yummy sometimes i will leave the bun off to keep it not as fattening unless i have whole wheat bread 100 % i love that bread i love ham for sandwiches i eat it a lot my weakness is sausage egg and cheese and or bacon i love steak baked potatoes too ribs corn on cob but all grilled on the grill trying not to eat a lot of meat but i'm a meat and potatoes person i guess but love mexican and chinese too those are my weaknesses that what i eat for my stress days

    I don't know how you feel about seafood, but I love! shrimp. I do a lemon garlic seasoning on it too(with just a little bit of olive oil to help it coat) those grilled on the bbq are awesome I think.

    Let me know if you like seafood, I'd love to give you the recipe :)

    Congrats on feeling better. Pork tenderloin is a low fat meat too, you can make your own porkchops from it. Watch for when it goes on sale and it is a good deal. I love sausage egg and cheese sandwiches too, and Jimmy Dean makes a D-lite with turkey sausage. It isn't the healthiest breakfast ever, but it is a lot lower in fat than the original. I have found healthier versions of just about everything I love. When I go mexican I have fajittas, and chinese, just watch out for the deep fried stuff. Good luck you are doing awesome, can't wait until I'm a 16 again.
