Oh and forgot one thing

I forgot to mention one thing. I rarely have time to log in every single thing I eat in a day. I used to keep a written journal and did so for about a year, but now it is very second nature and I only do it on occasion to keep myself honest and in check. Well today was one of those days and I did it online so I could look everything up really quick. I have to admit I have been eating mostly healthy things but more than a serving so I thought I would see just how bad today was, I am happy to report that although more than I should be getting it was not bad. I try to keep between 1800 and 2000 and some days up to 2200 if I am weight training. Well today I did the tally and I consumed 2500 calories. I am proud because I thought for sure I was going to be more like 1000 over. So the lesson is eating healthier food does become second nature but it is also good to revisit your food journal occasionally.
