I love this bootcamp stuff it makes me a little more focused. I have been trying really hard to keep up with it. I can be a little scattered in my workouts so this makes me fall in to a little more of a routine and still have some flexability. I love to walk, not so great with the running right now but getting back to that, and I like to ride my bike so I do that for most of my cardio.
