Well I am pleased with myself. I took my measurements today because I wanted to see how they changed from the last ones of June 28th. Here are my losses:
0.25 inch from the chest
0.50 from the ribs (right under breasts)
1.00 from the waist
0.50 from the hips
1.25 from the thigh (measured same place each time)
That's a total of 3.50 inches total lost from those areas!! Exercise is working
