not doing to good

i have been doing to good the past few days. sunday i ran my 12k. but i have not been working out lately and have not been eating well. i just really dont have the motivation.

    Girl, it gets boring, tiring, all that stuff, when you sacrifice what your want to do for what you should do.

    Anything worth having, you have to work for, to make that consistent effort to get and to keep.

    Cut yourself some slack and get back on the wagon when you can. Just remember that the longer you put it off the harder it will be to get back into the groove.
