Mid-Month Point

So I went bathing suit shopping yesterday....ugh! Although I don't have a horrible body, I just know what I want it to look like, and it does not look like that, anymore. Needless to day I did not buy a bathingsuit. I will try again in two weeks and see how I feel then.

I felt as though I was not making any improvements in my body transformation so I started today at the gym. I used to go all the time but then I started running and I never went again, well not alot. So I am going to go to the gym on my days off from running. That means that on Mon. Wed and Fri I will be at the gym doing 1 hour of cardio on Tuesday thurs and saturday I will be running 6-8 miles. Then after work I will be doing P90X. Am I ready? I am!!!! I was there this morning working on my glutes and my thighs on the precor and the stair climber! A little sore I have to admit, lol

But now I am halfway through the month and frightened that if I don't see any improvement I will be totally discouraged. I am going to work really hard to not let that happen!!!!! Wish me luck emoticon
