Son

Sunday, May 17, 2009

This evening my wife and I are picking up my son and his wife from Dulles Airport. It will be good to see them again, after not seeing them for 18 months. The challenge, as always, will be eating and schedules while they are with us. Everybody has different tastes, different needs, and my biggest challenge will be not drinking alcohol. (I recently gave up beer and hard liquor). Just keep us in your prayers and thoughts while they are with us. I am looking forward to the visit, and the good times we'll have while they are here. I don't want to backslide and lose what ground I've gained.

Spark-fully yours,

Brian

Here's wishing a great visit with your son. Enjoy and relax. Time flys by so quickly we sometimes don't cherish the moments that are given to us to be with our loved ones. I will be praying for you to have strength to so no to the temptations that may pop up. Good luck!
