Well, I haven't gotten to weigh in the last two weekends, so this week I was really hoping to see some change! I lost an inch on one part of my abdomen, and half an inch off my hips (which is really one of the last places I need to lose it), so I was optimistic. I stepped on the scale to see that in 3 weeks I had lost.... 1lb... 1 stinkin' pound... I'm trying not to be frustrated. I'm going to weigh again tomorrow. My Saturday weigh ins are always better than my Friday weigh ins. No idea why, but they are. So..I'm keepin' my fingers crossed for a better number tomorrow..

    One thing I've definitely learned is that you cannot get discouraged by the weight on the scale. You may definitely be building muscle, which weighs more than fat. So dont be discouraged, be inspired...aim for 2lbs next week. After all 1-2lbs per week is considered healthy weight loss! emoticon

    If you lost that much in inches but not in weight it means you gained muscle and lost fat...WHICH IS A GOOD THING! Try to see your success for what they are - a success. =D Hang in there.

    I know the feeling! Stepping on that scale is the scariest thing! Sometimes it's kind to me sometimes not so kind. Keep your chin up!
