Doing it smart this time

I am sooo excited today. I'm down to 134lbs. I weighed 155 the Friday before I had my 3rd son. And everytime I look at my vacation pictures from last June, I feel pride in the realization that I can do it again.
But this time I am all about doing it smart. I love my workout dvds and plan to keep them and keep using them. I love going to the gym. Its a little hard now since Sean is only 5 weeks old and can't go to the child care until he is 3 months old. But I love the time to myself and even working out with my husband.
Before I was getting up @ 4am to do an hour long workout dvd, 10 minute ab vhs, 30 push ups 2x, and 20 minute pilates dvd. That afternoon I would meet my husband at the gym to cardio for 30-60 minutes or lift weights.

I saw awesome results from my hard work. I was ticking to eat clean diet religiously. But we were feeding out kids dinner late, they were getting to bed late, waking late, and while we did fun stuff during the day I was wiped out. Drinking coffee as a means to get through it all.

I love working out everyday. I do get an emotionally high from it and the days I miss my am working I am not pleasant to be around. I love going to the gym. It is the break in the day that I normally would not get as a fulltime stay home mom.

I need to fine tune it all now. Three kids, one starting kindergarten this fall means we all have to be on a better schedule and we have to function at our best.

I've been looking through my dvd library, weeding out ones I don't need and arranging them in a rotation that makes sense.

My thinking this time is rather than doing it all at once, to spread it out so that I don't get bored or burnt out.
