Ok, a quick post on the steps that I have taken with the pedometer.
5/13/09 - 10,545
5/14/09 - 10,876
It is making me want to take more steps each day to see if I can pass the day before. The pedometer stores 7 days of steps. Therefore, yesterday evening, I had to challenge myself to beat the day before. Today, I am aiming for 11,000.
I just finished reading the SP blog about changing up your routine. I realized that is what I had began doing when I plateaued. I am not neccesarily following a plan. I wake up each morning and decide by mid-morning what my course of action will be for today. At first, I would have never done anything like that. I surely wouldn't have done this in the start of my life style change. I feel confident enough to allow myself to this since I have become more disciplined in both exercise and nutrition. I am no longer dieting. I have made a lifestyle change that I am comfortable with. Life is great.
