nothing goin' on here... move along!

No weight loss to report, largely due to birthday cake, but no gain either so I can't complain! I've started tracking ALL my food again, and it's depressing. LOL We have so much junk available at work, I barely burn it off in an hour at the gym! At least I'm AT the gym, and logging each of those insidious junk calories (it's soooo hard to be honest about something yucky...) When I got off work today, I did NOT feel like going to the gym.... but I asked myself who I would be hurting to skip - me or my gym buddies? ME! Now I can snuggle with my fiance guilt-free. And tomorrow we're cooking out with the in-laws and I'm having turkey dogs (no buns - never liked 'em anyway!) plus salad and slow churned ice cream. Maybe I can even ppick up some corn on the cob to put on the grill!

    Well girl if you're just barely burning it off at the Gym you know what needs to be done increase your time distance and endurance. Cut back on your protion sizes on these foods you seem bent on indulging in too. I am however glad to see you using the nutrition tracker This will show it to you in black and white.

    Dratted birthday cake is always a nemesis! But at least it's only once a year. Well, except for your fiance's cake in a few days. Sigh....you're screwed! And slow-churned ice cream sounds evil (but tasty) too.
