I didn't do so well today... It was my favorite special this week at our local chinese restaurant and I went for it for lunch today. I ordered crab rangoon to go along with the meal. While I only ate the 3 crab and the egg roll and a couple of bites of the sweet and sour pork/almond chicken entree it was a mostly fried lunch. Dinner was spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage... I did refrain and only ate 1/2 a sausage and a smallish serving of spaghetti when I added up the calories for dinner it was just under 1000 calories. FOR ONE MEAL!! Plus I was so busy with other stuff I didn't do my 30 minutes of cardio today either. I will get back on the horse tomorrow and do an extra 30 minutes of cardio along with the strength training.
