Limit calories to between 1200 and 1500 daily
No soda... not even diet!
No fast food
Stop eating when I feel full, even if I have food left.
Eat at restaurants no more than once a week.
Limit alcohol to 1-3 per week
Bread choices: first ingredient = whole wheat flour, less than 100 calories per serving
Limit sugar/candy/high-fructose corn syrup intake
Limit sodium intake
Eat more fruits and veggies!! 3-5 servings daily
Cardio: get 30 minutes a day every day or 50 minutes/5 times a week
Take my lady multivitamin + calcium
Light weight/high rep lifting a couple times a week
Walk everywhere instead of driving
Stretch after exercising to decrease risk of injury/increase flexibility
Tell everone I know about it!
Eat protein every meal
