I had a goal of using the elliptical 3x week. I am not sticking to it like I had intended to. Turbo Jam is much more exciting and invigorating. I feel like I am getting more out of TJ. I have Cardio Party 2 downpat. I am keeping up 95% of the time. And when I say keeping up, I mean occasionally I am on the wrong foot or missing a step. But, for the most part, I am bouncing around making the most of the workout. I still go to the gym for some of my strength training. My sister has been working out with me at the gym. She is my best friend. Mary is giving me lots of support. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful sister. She is a diabetic. The diabetes has taken a severe total on her body. Over the last 7 years she has been in and out of the hospital due to effects of the disease. She is only 28 years old. She has an intestinal disorder that can not be reversed or controlled. Her hospital visits are usually every 3-4 weeks spanning 5-10 day stay. We have been fortunate that she has not been admitted in 10 weeks! What a blessing! So, we have been hitting the gym for 2 months. She wanted to tone up and do a little cardio. I enjoy having her for a gym partner. We work for the same company, just in different buildings.

***Attempted TJ this evening. Knees are very sore. Must be due to the strength workouts. I only managed 15 minutes with TJ. It is beautiful outside so I decided to go for a walk. 2 miles. Wow, I didn't think that I was going to like walking outside, but I really enjoyed it.**
