Eggs, Eggs, Eggs

I never knew eggs were that good. I know that 2 eggs and 2 pieces of wheat bread with light butter and jelly isnt all that healthy, but I am full. I am just starting out with this new program and I am trying to do it the right way this time. I boiled two eggs and toasted to pieces of wheat toast with a half of a tbsp. of butter and jelly on each one. So I feel that I did really well this time.

    Thank you kate171 and thinbeanz for the advice. And thinbeanz that wasnt lame I actually laughed. I will try to pick up some different stuff at the store on Friday when I go. I am really picky about fruits sometimes. I have just recently tried mango and to my suprise I really like it. Although, it kind of resembles wine coolers or beer to me. I guess thats why I like them so much.

    Eggs are the best and so versatile! As Kate171 said, just keep going and experimenting and find out what works for you. isnt it just so egggciting!!! (sorry that was really lame!) emoticon

    That was a pretty good start. You might try reducing it to one egg and adding some fruit and a glass of milk. Then you would have a balanced meal. It is all trial and error when you first start. You will find things that work for you. Good job and keep up the good work.
