Started once again today.

Well, I started my watching-what-i-eat-and-exerci
sing-daily-routine. I don't want to call it a diet, because then I always fail. I did pretty good. I prefer ab workouts, because that is the only area that I want to get rid of first off. I don't really care about the weight just as long as I can get this tire and role after role, then I will focus else where. I always fail when I focus on too much at one time, so I feel that this is the best thing for me.

    Sounds like you have a good plan there. Just remember to do lots of cardio to get rid of the fat that is covering up your abs. All your hard ab work won't show unless you get the top layers of fat off first. 60-90 minutes of cardio most days of the week is recommended for weight loss. I find that for me, doing 30-45 minutes at a time a few times a day works best. And I mix it up to keep it interesting. Cardio and dance vidoes one day, long walk with the dog and the bike another. Just do what works for you. Good luck with your goals!
