Well I am really getting excited about things here. I have been pretty consistent with a minimum of 3o minutes of cardio daily. I absolutely LOVE the Wii Fit. The step and boxing are my favorites in the aerobics and I always do a little hula hoop too just to work the waistline a bit. I have lost 2 lbs now so baby steps is the mantra. I am making a much better effort with the healthy food choices and portion control. I still have my chocolate weakness but it is getting much better.
