1 month!!!

One month ago today, I quit smoking!! I can't believe it's been a whole month! I've tried to quit before. This time was so much easier to get through hell week, and I'm now at the point where I don't even think about the little devils at all unless someone asks me about it or I'm around it, which is pretty much never because I try really hard to avoid those situations. Like when my sister, my mom and I all wanted to do a girl's trip to Reno and hit the casinos, but then decided to have a girls trip in San Diego and hit the casinos there instead. I was soooo relieved! You can still smoke in casinos in Reno, but not in Cali :D A couple months ago, this would have pissed me off that they wanted to go somewhere I couldn't smoke. Now I'm thrilled! LOL

So I really think what helped me quit this time is:
1. Spark
2. focusing on getting healthy in all areas of my life
3. upping my water intake to like 50 billion glasses a day(it flushed out all the crap I was inhaling for over 10 years...like literally flushed, cause I swear I'm in the bathroom peeing ALL day!)

And the thing that helped me focus on number 2 and number 3 is NUMERO UNO!

This site really is super freakin amazing and I thank Spark and all you Sparkers who have been an encouragement to me and helped get me through my first month :)
