Day 1 - here we go!

So after being introduced to this page by my good friend Aubri, I have joined up, with a big goal in sight - 50 lbs. in 6 months! I'm feeling very optimistic right now, the nutrition/meal log is going to be a major factor of my success. Living in the city has a lot of benefits, the main one being all the WALKING. Of course, once I came home, it was pouring rain and not pleasant walking conditions, but I might take a stroll over to the supermarket down the street and run up and down the stairs for a while. Plus I have my daily 5 reps of 30 crunches, 5 pushups (working my way up to 10), 30 squats. Also, I'm going to try to do every exercise that this site introduces every day, see if I find one that I love and can stick with. Good luck to all my monkeys, and throw a little my way as well!
