2.2 Pounds Lost!

I weighed myself today because I was dying to know how much I weighed and instead of the usual discouragement I was actually happy. I lost 2.2 pounds since I weighed myself last week. That's really good considering I haven't been feeling well and haven't been able to do a ton of exercise. I'm really proud of myself! I think for a reward I'm going to go to the nail shop and get my eye brows waxed for $10.00.


1st: Need to lose 58lbs.
2nd: Need to lose 78lbs.
3rd: Need to lose 98lbs.

I've always been big boned and will always be big boned. I will always have a little extra on me and I'm okay with that as long as it is a healthy weight. My goal is not to be skinny, super skinny, or anorexic looking. My goal is to be happy and comfortable with me and my body and no one can tell me I need to be 120lbs because 1. I'm 5'8 and 120 is unhealthy. 2. I don't want my hips bones sticking out. and 3. 120 isn't for me and that is okay with me so it should be ok with the people around me. I ultimately want to be at least 160lbs by the time I'm done with this weight loss... I might go lower but for 5'8 my highest healthy weight is 164 and at 160 I would be just below that mark which is GREAT!
