DEFINITELY banished the 160's

Ok, so for some reason I seem to have overcome some hurdle & have fallen like a stone the last week, despite it being "that time of the month" week. Lost 2 pounds last week. Dietician says I can't expect more than 1 pound a week at my size. Maybe all that working out has finally built enough muscle to be gobbling up more calories. Wish it would last, know I can't count on it....but too bad, because at 2 pounds a week I could reach my goal so much faster!
