DEFINITELY banished the 160's

Ok, so for some reason I seem to have overcome some hurdle & have fallen like a stone the last week, despite it being "that time of the month" week. Lost 2 pounds last week. Dietician says I can't expect more than 1 pound a week at my size. Maybe all that working out has finally built enough muscle to be gobbling up more calories. Wish it would last, know I can't count on it....but too bad, because at 2 pounds a week I could reach my goal so much faster!

    WAY TO GO! Congrats on banishing the 160s. Just keep doing what you are doing. You may be lucky and have those weeks where you will lose 2 pounds a week, But be happy if it's only 1 pound a week.
