I was doing really well... and then last week happened. Not only was it Teacher Appreciation Week (i.e. chocolate galore), but it was Field Day week. For a PE teacher that is stress week! So, needless to say I didn't track anything, and gained a few pounds! Blah -- I am so upset with myself. Fortunately I started tracking again today and hope to drop some weight by the end of the week. I can't really exercise because I re-injured my foot. I am not happy about that! I had every intention of hit the gym hard this week. Any ideas as to what I can do? Is the rowing machine OK for some cardio? Will it hurt my foot? Will people at the gym look at me like I'm crazy if I'm rowing in a boot?

    GREAT JOB for tracking your food today!!! Using the rowing machine is better than nothing. Do you have a pool you could swim using just your arms for some good cardio. Oh I hope your foot feels better soon. Hang in there!!! This won't last forever. It is ok if you had chocolate. Last week is over and full speed ahead!!! emoticon Melissa
