Day 9 of S2S Boot Camp - Alrighty Then!!!

I was excited to see how much stronger I was doing the Day 9 exsercise, which is the same as the Week 1, Day 2 lower-body workout. My upper thigh muscles are looser and stronger (if that makes any sense). Seeing results motivates me to continue on. So, I immediately followed up with the challenge workout, the 6-minute Hips, Glutes, & Thighs Workout; and WHOA!!! those squats let me know there is still a lot more work to do. Then the lunges did the trick, sweat started pouring and the workout became a major challenge, a good challenge though.
Now that I've done them both I FEEL GREAT!!! Even though my upper thigh and hip muscles will be feeling the workout for a few, I hope to work out some of the kinks in the water for my cardio.
