Day 8 of S2S Boot Camp - Here We go Again!!!

Okay, so I was up late last night enjoying my immediate and extended family with a Mother's Day dinner at TGIF. I did pretty good and stayed within my nutrition ranges. However, the night was very emotional for me and so was the morning when I talked on the phone with my sister in Seattle, WA (I'm in San Bernardino, CA).

I was determined to do the workout for today, the 10-minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout, before going to church this morning. I struggled through it for the first 5 minutes. I'm so glad I finished the workout because after the jumping jacks, about half way through, I began to have more energy and the sweat started pouring off of me.

The rest of my day has gone well and I must say that's pretty awsome because after getting off the phone with my sister I was contemplating staying home from church. By struggling through the workout I gave myself the opprotunity to receive Blessings all around: Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual.

I really want to continue to be this committed throughout the boot camp, because if I do I see the benefits being overwhelmingly wonderful.
