Keeping on

Saturday, May 09, 2009

It's not easy keeping up with everyone else. I keep falling or hurting myself. Actually I don't even know if I'm close any more. I'm tired and I don't want to do more exercise.

I feel myself getting stronger, but the weight isn't coming off, and my waist isn't shrinking. How do I get my waist to shrink. I don't really mind not loosing weight, especially if I'm gaining muscle, but I'd really like to see some abs here sometime. It's disheartening since I'm not eating too much and I'm exercising a good amount, maybe even too much. So why is my waist not shrinking. I think I'm in a rut. At least it's 12 pounds lighter rut, but I wanted to go all the way. So if anyone has any ideas I'm happy to hear them. I keep hoping I'll have a break through week, but not yet. When I first started loosing I was consistently loosing 1 lb per week. But since I reached 133, no matter how much or how little I do, there I stay.

I like being in shape, and I think there is a shot, if not a long one that I still may win my family competition, so I'm still motivated, just slightly frustrated.

So I'll keep on keeping on, and maybe something will happen.
