Yes, I'm back again but I'm trying not to look at it as again but as starting fresh. I've been doing OK. I'm not putting much pressure on myself and I've had success with getting back into exercising(cardio dance and I love it!) and eating correctly. I found that using Weight Watchers, which I've done off and on for more than 10 years, doesn't give me the tracking that SparkPeople does. Having hypertension I need to be mindful of my sodium intake and WW really doesn't have mechansims in placefor that but using the tools here allows me to see when I'm over in sodium or under in potassium, which too is important for regulating hypertension. So now that I have new goals and prospectives I find the journey different. It does help that my 20th high school reunion date is set for next year but that isn't my main motivation, though it doesn't really hurt :).
