Not a happy bunny today.....

It's Saturday, usually my favourite day of the week, I'm tired - goodness knows why??I'm aching, I feel fat, I want something sweet which I never normally do & now I have visitors - bring it on!! It's only 7.30am for goodness sake ...
Hope your day is soooo much better than mine is shaping up to be

    OMG I so KNOW that feeling! Do you 'crave' sweet stuff and carbohydrates (that was me!)

    Two months in it is nothing like as bad as it was (I am in control) and I have to say that I used to HATE exercise, now I quite enjoy it as it does several things for me:

    1. Helps my health(lowered blood presssure, and got me off heart pills) and antacid stuff.
    2. I lose weight quicker
    3. Lessens hunger pangs ' HONEST'
    4. Sleep better
    5. Lifts my 'mood'

    ADD more WATER. this fills you up, flushes out the toxins in the body (including all that fat you are losing) and helps you to lose weight quicker too.

    CHEER UP - YOU ARE ON AN ENTIRELY NEW JOURNEY, ONE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AND YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

    tRY AND STAY ACTIVE TO ease BOREDOM - BOREDOM IS A KILLER for me - as if I get bored I EAT.

    I really wish you well and send hugs in this message for YOU, I know how hard this can be - trying to fight the battles between mind and body :0) I so understand some of what you are going through.

    I started to read your blog and then suddenly thought, omg, I'm writing this entry.
    I can fully sympathise with you as I'm going through the exact same feeling this morning. Still I'm sure we'll both get over it and continue on with our aims with all the support that we get fom all our freinds here at SP.The visitors are friends of my son who never went home.Many thanks for making me feel better and its true you never are alone lol

    Feeling fat and craving sweets seem to go hand in hand for me. What's worse is that I tend to graze my way through a bunch of calories trying to avoid the thing I wanted. I have several things I do, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Usually I drink a cup of tea, something herbal and fruit flavored and sweet. That helps.

    Good luck and I hope your day gets better. Who visits at 7:30 in the morning?
