Have made a mental note to self: Use all the knowledge and changes in thinking and positive ways of approaching tasks in other areas of my life.
I no longer see getting and keeping healthy as the big mountain to climb as I did before beginning my journey. I just see it as the path I am now enjoying travelling. Now I want to apply that frame of mind to my work and some other life issues. I still have a little trepidation about some of it, just as I did before beginning SP (you know - thinking like- what if I don't make it etc). However I do feel I have made progress in my health and fitness journey, so onward to achieving goals in the rest of my life. I'll use "Fake it till you make it, feel the fear and do it anyway, You are worthy of your own good choices and all those sort of messages that keep you going. Bye for now. I have to put this into practise and attack those tasks I have procrastinated over.
