Today was a good day. It was still crazy busy, but I felt happy. I started the day with a friend and we went to a prayer breakfast. I spent a lot of the day on errands, grocery shopping, etc. I finished up the evening by attending a rubber stamping evening with some ladies...what fun!!!

I feel wiped out and hope this means I will sleep well.

BUT...because I was so busy, I know my food is not good...in fact I probably didn't eat enough. Somehow I got so busy, I didn't get dinner before it was time to leave for the evening. I grabbed an orange and a banana with peanut butter and ate it on the way.

Food intake today:
Breakfast: tiny portion of an egg casserole, two mini cranberry muffins, and mixed fruit. Coffee.
Lunch tuna salad sandwich, caffeine free diet coke, peanut M&M's
Dinner: orange and a banana with peanut butter on it
snackin at the stamp night...nibbled on caramel corn

Mood: tired yet happy...body still responding with too much anxiety

I think I will have a slice of toast with a little peanut butter then head to bed.
